A Mortgage Broker Who Doesn’t Charge You

Marc worked tirelessly to get a buy to let remortgage over the line for me. It involved having to submit an application 3 times in order to find a lender who not only would lend in principle as above commercial but also who's valuer agreed with the numbers provided. This is essentially 3 times the amount of work he should need to do but only being paid once and yet still did not charge me a broker fee.His perseverance is massively appreciated and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is always honest, clear and easy to understand which is essential when managing expectations.Thanks for a stella job Mr Kavanagh!

Marc was absolutely amazing in helping me with my first buy-to-let mortgage. He was very helpful in asking me questions to understand my requirements before then helping to advise me on the best approach. I had approached 4 different brokers, but honestly Marc was by far and away the best amongst the lot. Not only was he completely transparent (he sent me documents with all the available rates whereas some of the other brokers only sent me their 'preferred' option), but he was also unique in that he does not take a payment from the client (this is almost unheard of amongst brokers). I also really appreciated Marc taking the extra time to offer me advice from a business perspective (he even explained the legal requirements and elements that really my solicitor should have been talking to me about) and he made the whole process seem less daunting for a complete novice, including communicating with me when on holiday and taking my calls at the weekend in order to hit a deadline with one of the mortgage companies. I have no hesitation in recommending MK Mortgages and indeed have already recommended and introduced him to colleagues and friend.
