Great service from Marc and Sooz. I don’t think I waited more than 10 mins before an email was replied to and Marc answers the phone every time. Marc also worked very hard to find a product that two other brokers could not find as our situation was difficult due to our salaries being heavily commission based. Highly recommend

They flawlessly combine exceptional customer service, thorough knowledge and awareness of the market, and always go "above and beyond" the call of duty, even when it's not their job to do so.
Moving house is stressful enough as it is, so anyone who can help alleviate some of the angst and make you feel less isolated deserves to be recognised.

Exceptional mortgage brokers, recommended by a friend. They provided an extensive range of mortgage products for me to choose from which enabled me to get the best available deal, coupled with excellent, never-too-busy advice directly from Marc about many aspects of the house-buying process. It has to be said that this was in marked contrast to the first broker I spoke to - one of the more well known no-fee national brokers - who were only able to provide me with a single, solitary mortgage offer! Marc and Sooz dealt expertly with the application process right through to completion, advising me and keeping in close touch with both sets of solicitors. As a result of their professional work, I was able to meet the stamp duty deadline and save thousands of pounds (despite my starting the process perilously close to the deadline!). In a field where service provided varies greatly, I have no hesitation in recommending MK Mortgages. Their service does not cease when your purchase goes through; they have already pencilled in a telephone call six months before my mortgage term ends to discuss my options in the ever-changing market. A brilliant firm.
